Our Story
Casbah is a Moroccan inspired Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Restaurant. We are located on Germantown Parkway in the heart of Cordova and are open 7 days a week.
We are locally owned and operated. We offer traditional favorites such as Kabobs, Moussaka, Spanakopita, Baba Ganoush, Hummus, Falafal, Shawerma and Gyro. Our tea is said by many to be "the best in Memphis", and our Moussaka was named by the "Commercial Appeal" paper as one of the 100 things to eat in Memphis before you die.
